Return policy

ITU Golf may exchange or refund products which have been returned, provided that:

1. The product is returned in its original packaging
2. The product has not been worn
3. The product has not been damaged
4. The product  has not been used in any manner whatsoever.
5. The product must be returned within a period of 30 days from date of purchase with the original receipt accompanying the product as proof of purchase.

Refund policy

ITU Golf will refunds will only be processed if the product is returned in accordance with the above specifications and the refund will be allocated in the same manner the transaction transpired i.e.

• If the items was purchased with a card it will be refunded to the same card which was used to purchase the item. Under no circumstances will we refund any purchase price to a different card to that which was used for payment in the original transaction.
• If the payment was made in cash it will be refunded in cash.
• If the payment was made by debit card it will be refunded in cash

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your garment purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the shipping date( For online orders )or the purchase date ( for in store purchases ) , subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery( for online orders) or the purchase date.
• Garments must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and invoices must be included.
• Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

No Refunds. Store Credit Only

Once your return has been processed, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item. For online returns, processing is usually completed within 72 hours after the item arrives at our store. The store credit will then be available for use on future purchases.

Non Returnable Items

• Stockings.
• Boy shorts ( under dress shorts ).
